Located within Prairie Home Cemetery in Waukesha, WI, the Children's Memorial project began in 2006 by Vikki Krocka and Donna Vanderhei who both lost children.

Not wanting their sons forgotten, they set out to construct a memorial to help provide a place of memory for family and friends to gather, reflect, and celebrate the lives of those dear departed children. Prairie Home Cemetery donated the land to make the project a reality, along with donations  and generous support from families, friends, and local businesses. The project was completed in the Fall of 2007. Personalized engraved memorial bricks of your loved ones' names are available for purchase.
