Prairie Home does not sell cemetery headstones. Before any headstone can be placed at the cemetery, the necessary paperwork must be submitted, and the appropriate fees must be paid. It is important to check with the cemetery on any restrictions regarding headstones in a particular section. Prairie Home requires all bronze markers including government markers to be placed on a granite foundation before being placed in the ground. When a cemetery lot is sold, the purchaser is made aware of the size restrictions to avoid any future concerns.
