Q: Do I need an appointment to purchase property?
A: Although not necessary, an appointment will ensure that our staff can accommodate you with undivided attention.

Q: Is the Cemetery open on Saturdays?
A: The cemetery is generally staffed on Saturdays during summer hours and during times when the staff is required to lead a cemetery service. Always check ahead for hours of operation.

Q: Can I purchase property on evenings or weekends?
A: Special times can be accomodated by appointment.

Q: Can the cemetery recommend a funeral home for me?
A: Prairie Home works with many fine funeral homes in Waukesha and the surrounding cities, but we generally avoid recommending one funeral home over another. Today, many funeral homes have websites which can supply much needed information.

Q: Does Prairie Home have cremation facilities?
A: No, currently the cemetery does not have a cremation facility. We do, however, have several options for placement of the cremated remains.
