Important Reminders!

  • To avoid a late filing penalty of 10% of your total license fees, your renewal applications must be received in our office by 4:30 pm on April 6th.  Applications received after the deadline may not be processed before your current license expires.  The Police Department is notified as to what establishments did not renew their license and those establishments must close at midnight on June 30th.
  • Signatures are required from all members!  We will not accept or hold your application if you are missing signatures.  It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary signatures or schedule a time when all your members can meet at the Clerk's Office to sign the proper documents in the presence of a notary.  All signatures are required unless proof is provided that the Articles of Incorporation (or sworn statement) give authority to one person to sign on behalf of all members.
  • Delinquent Taxes, Fees, Wholesale Debt - Licenses cannot be issued to establishments with delinquent personal property taxes, delinquent state sales taxes, or unpaid license fees until payment has been made in full.  State law prohibits us from issuing license to establishments with outstanding wholesaler debt.
